How far in advance should I book a session with you?
It's always best to book your session as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for events or special occasions. Contact us with your preferred dates, and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.However, please note that for certain types of sessions, such as newborn shoots, we understand that flexibility is crucial as babies arrive on their own time. We'll work closely with you to schedule your session in a way that best suits your needs and the needs of your little one.

What is your pricing structure?
Our pricing varies depending on the type of service, duration, location, and additional requirements.​
Do you offer photo editing or retouching services?
Yes, we provide professional photo editing and retouching services to enhance the quality of your images. Whether it's color correction, cropping, or advanced retouching, we ensure that your photos look their best.​
Can I request specific locations for a photo shoot?
Absolutely! We're open to shooting at locations of your choice, whether it's indoors, outdoors, or a specific destination. We can also recommend beautiful locations based on your preferences and the style of photography you're looking for.​
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
A total of 15 photos will be sent within 7 days of the photoshoot as a pre-view. The turnaround time for receiving your final photos is usually 30 days from the day of the shoot however please bare in mind this may be extended if oncve the images have been sent you require further retouching. We strive to deliver high-quality images in a timely manner.
Can I order prints or photo albums through you?

Is a deposit required to book a session?

Is the deposit refundable if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?
The deposit is not refundable , however if the cancellation occurs within a certain timeframe before the scheduled session we will do everything in our power to reschedule as promptly as possible within your timeframe. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we're willing to work with you to find a suitable solution.​
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due two days prior to the session or event. We'll discuss the payment schedule and terms with you beforehand to ensure clarity and transparency.​
Do you have backup equipment in case of technical issues?
Yes, we always carry backup camera equipment and accessories to ensure that your session runs smoothly. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.​
